The new division will be headed by Steve Parnell, our business development manager, and will have the full backing of the Air-IT technical support team and our first-class customer service and fault management team. All services are continuously monitored 24/7 to ensure optimum performance.
We have found that many of our client’s use a variety of suppliers for their telecoms services and controlling expenditure can be a complicated and time consuming process. Air-Comms will offer a single point of contact for all services and will provide one simple monthly bill. This will make things easier to manage and will allow clients to keep a tighter control on their finances.
